We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, maintained and shared when you visit, enroll in a course, or make a purchase online at Lemurian Goddess School (the “School”) and offline when you provide information to us.

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the School, you are agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms of Service, both of which govern your use of the School. By providing us information offline, you are also agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not visit or enroll in the School.

You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications. Your continued enrollment in the School following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

The Information We Collect

We will collect Personal Information from you only if you voluntarily submit such information to us. You can refuse to provide personal information to us, but doing so may prevent you from accessing certain School-related content, functionality or features. You may visit the School anonymously.

1. Device Information

When you visit the School online, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the School website, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the School’s website. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  • “Cookies” are small packets of data that a website stores on your computer’s or mobile device’s hard drive so that your computer or device will “remember” information about your visit. 2. Order Information

Additionally, when you enroll in the School, register for a course, sign up to receive our newsletter, respond to a survey, or purchase any product or service, you may be required to provide us with personally identifiable information about yourself, such as your name, email address, and phone number.

When you purchase a product or service through the School, you will be required to provide certain information in addition to the personally identifiable information noted above. Such information may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing address, verification code, and similar information. Such information is collectively called the “Order Information.”

Although we will have access to the Order Information, it will also be collected and processed by our third-party payment vendors in accordance with the terms and conditions of their privacy policies and terms of use.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

How We Use Collected Information

We may use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

  • To fulfill orders
    We will fulfill your orders for courses, subscriptions and other services based on the information you provide to us.
  • To improve customer service
    We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our students as a group use the services and resources provided in the School.

    We may use your information to customize how you use and interact with the School.

You may find advertising or other content in our School that link to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by these websites. In addition, these websites and services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interacting with any other website is subject to that website's own terms and policies.


As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.

Do Not Track

Please note we do not alter our School’s data collection and use practices when we detect a “Do Not Track” signal from your browser.

Your Rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Information we hold about you and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please notify us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, please note that we are using your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you purchase an online course through the School), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States and Japan.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the School, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


The School is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16 through the School. If you are under 16, please do not give us any Personal Information. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children to never provide Personal Information through the School without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 16 has provided Personal Information to us, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
